Our group fitness classes are structured to get the best out of everyone. Training in small groups ensures we push eachother further, pick up tips and advice, make new friends and stay motivated.
All our workouts happen in the woods. Science shows that exercise outdoors not only burns more calories, it also alleviates feelings of stress, anxiety and depression whilst releasing positive hormones and endorphins.
Nutrition plays a big role in physical and mental fitness which is why we start each session with a different protein and fibre packed plant based recipe. Think Banana and maple syrup pancakes or date and almond protein balls.
At home in
Working closely with homeless charities, healthcare commissioners and local authorities we offer fitness services and training to help the recovery of those would otherwise not have access to services. We aim to offer employment opportunities as we grow and expand.
